How services were selected, which public documents were checked, and how the local report builder handles entered amounts.
Selection and evidence
Eight named products were selected to show distinct report and spend-control workflows. Each profile links its primary product document, checked 17 October 2026. AllMarkets did not open paid provider accounts, scan real employee receipts or execute reimbursement. Suggested trial tasks are original editorial checklists, not test results. Exact prices, ratings, savings claims and universal plan entitlements are intentionally not inferred.
How calculations work
Every committed entry has a positive gross amount with at most two decimal places. The builder converts it to exact integer cents, groups totals by the selected currency, then formats two decimals. Employee/company outlays partition recorded spending. Requested reimbursement includes only employee-paid entries with reimbursable=yes. Excluded spending is every remaining line, including company-paid items. No FX conversion, tax calculation or refund offset is performed.
Validation and retention
The report supports up to 1,000 entries, five listed two-decimal currencies, years 1900–2200 and 2 MB UTF-8 CSV or JSON files. Missing references and matching duplicate candidates create review warnings; no expense row is silently removed. Invalid imports are not committed. JSON preserves original text. Formula-like CSV text receives an apostrophe prefix; re-importing that CSV retains the safety prefix.
Local data handling
The builder has no account, analytics integration or server submission endpoint for expense data. It processes entered and imported records in the browser tab and creates downloads locally. It does not automatically save a report to browser storage. The surrounding website may load its existing site infrastructure; local processing is not a promise of an anonymous browsing session. Editorial scope
AI assists research, implementation and testing. This release receives separate functional, responsive, SEO and independent code review before publication. Software review does not certify tax treatment, employer approval or financial suitability. Report a correction with a page URL and non-sensitive example.
