Nasdaq Data Link API: Quota Units, Coverage & Use Checklist
Inspect Nasdaq Data Link documented data scope, access boundaries and a concrete integration-verification task.
Data workflow
Dataset-specific financial and alternative data through documented access tools; select the named product rather than assuming one uniform stock feed.
Documented quota and access
Data products and access mechanisms vary. No universal free quota, history depth or licence is asserted for the entire platform.
Use and display boundaries
Current terms and the applicable order/product terms govern permitted use. A general platform account does not establish permission to embed a dataset in a public SaaS.
A practical acceptance task
Choose the exact dataset and its current access documentation. Verify schema, date semantics, revisions, history, pagination and the contracted use before evaluating an adapter.
Keep the request context
Record endpoint/version, instrument identity, data frequency, timezone, history range, adjustment flags and the account entitlement. Retain only the response/provenance that the applicable terms permit. A generic provider comparison cannot replace a named dataset specification.
Test semantics before scale
Use a small authorized example and inspect status, response schema and any error object inside a successful HTTP response. Check pagination and row ordering. The local daily inspector accepts an explicitly mapped single-series CSV; it is not a universal provider JSON adapter or a certification of source accuracy.
Primary evidence
Nasdaq Data Link named dataset documentation (Sharadar SEP) · Nasdaq Data Link terms — checked 17 October 2026. Numeric limits are omitted where no current primary-source plan value was verified; omitted does not mean unlimited.
