How the model counts charges
A monthly plan multiplies the entered charged months by the number of independently purchased accounts and the fee per charged month. A one-time plan multiplies the entry fee by purchases. The model then adds entered paid resets, separately entered activation count and other total costs.
Activation count must not exceed purchases. It is independent of resets, since resetting an evaluation does not create a second funded account. For new Apex evaluations there are no resets; model additional purchases instead. A 30-day one-time access period is not an automatically renewing subscription. If it expires, another purchase is a separate scenario input.
Costs that can remain outside the result
Sales tax, commissions, data status, optional feeds, platform subscriptions, add-ons, payout processing, currency conversion and funded resets can change the real cost. A deferred activation deducted from earnings is still a commitment, even if not paid at checkout. The Earn 2 Trade $139 assumption is only the non-professional LiveSim path.
Overrides change this calculation only. They do not alter the source-linked catalogue or imply the provider offers that price. Compare costs on the same account path and horizon. Never treat an incomplete result as a cheapest-provider ranking.
