How to use this document
- Replace the invented parties, dates and document number.
- Enter each quantity and price, then its applicable tax rate. Choose whether prices include or exclude that tax.
- Record discounts and payments separately. Update and reconcile the complete preview.
- Save PDF through your browser print dialog, and keep JSON if you need a draft that can be reimported.
What the exports do
JSON retains editable inputs. CSV records rounded monetary values with calculation context. HTML is a standalone printable document with escaped text and no external scripts. PDF saving uses your browser’s print dialog; no PDF generation service receives your data.
